ATAGO Inline refractometer / Brix meter for accurately monitoring the concentrations in real-time to prevent infective products. Data can be transmitted to a PLC for system automation (DC 4-20 mA and/or RS-232C).

ATAGO Inline Refractometer is used for measuring metalworking fluid, cutting oil, coolant, cleaning agent etc.

We also provide the sample inlet which can mount on the pipeline or tank in manufacturing plant. We also have the refractometer model PAN-1 and model CM-Baseβ which no need to install just simply attach on the side of a pot or a tank.

ATAGO Inline refractometer has many models which can meet your need, start from low cost model CM-Baseα has accuracy 0.5 %Brix up to the most accurate model PRM-100α has accuracy 0.05% Brix with the widest measurement range  0-100% Brix, also resist high temperature up to 150°C.

We also have model CM-ISα which is an explosion proof model.

PRM-100α : Simple two-piece construction, detection section and operation display section, measurement scale: Brix, RI and concentration suitable for applications that need high accuracy, high concentration, high temperature resistance.

CM-Baseα : Real time monitoring concentration with low cost.

This series has the model which has concentration scale of DMF, Urea, NaCl, Hydrogen peroxide, Sodium hydroxide.

CM-800α : The most popular model for metal working fluid, can be used with high concentration and high temperature samples with reasonable price.

This series has the concentration scale of Ethylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Urea (Adblue), Hydrogen peroxide, DMF, Sodium chloride, NaOH, IPA, Ethanol, NMP.
