TaeguTec has developed the CHASE10MILL, a high-feed milling solution featuring a 25-degree approach angle and pentagon-shaped inserts with 10 cutting edges, delivering outstanding performance in cavity and face milling.

Innovative Insert & Cutter Design

The PTKU inserts offer a double-sided design with 10 cutting edges, making them highly cost-effective. They come in two sizes:

PTKU 05 mm – Maximum cutting depth: 1.5 mm
PTKU 10 mm – Maximum cutting depth: 3.0 mm

The insert’s negative seating with high-positive cutting geometry ensures smooth, stable machining, while the cutter body allows for high ramping angles, ideal for cavity milling.

Versatile Face Milling Capabilities

The same PTKU inserts can be used on an alternative cutter body with a 65° entering angle for face milling. This innovative design offers:
